How do I go about reserving an inflatable from you?
You can make your reservation by calling us Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 305.971.8494 or you can inquire about availability by using our Contact Form.

Do I have to rent one for the entire day or can I rent one for shorter periods of time?
Your party rental options are for either a 4 hour rental, or 8 hour rental for moonwalks and can be reserved with or without attendants. You can, if the need arises, keep the unit overnight for an additional charge. However, all other inflatables such as slides, rock walls, mechanical rides, etc. must be attended by our professional staff and will be charged an hourly rate. There is always a 2 hour minimum on all rides.

Are your units safe? Will you teach me how to have a safe day of fun?
Yes, they are designed from the ground up with safety in mind. In addition, we review all safety rules with you prior to use. While no one can guarantee safety, we do everything we can to promote safety regulations of our products to ensure your day is filled with fun, not hospital visits.

How can I pay for my rental?
We accept deposits in the form of check, credit card, or money order. The balance due on the day of event must be in the form of cash or money order only. Full payments will be accepted by check if it is submitted at least 7 business days before the event. There will be $35.00 service charge for any returned checks.

When do I pay?
There are many times that we have equipment booked back to back, therefore we are on a fixed schedule. In the interest of assuring prompt set-up and take down, the balance due on the day of the event is due at the beginning. At this time, a Mega Party Events attendant will present the client with a receipt for the services. We sincerely believe that getting this process over at the start of the event is better for everyone involved.

What is your Cancellation/Rain Policy?
Cancellation due to inclement weather must be made no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Once our trucks are en route to the event, full payment is due rain or shine. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients if activities are postponed due to rain, but once we are at the event, full payment is due.

Can you set up the moonwalk on concrete?
Yes, provided it is not too windy a day. Winds in excess of 20 mph would prevent us from holding it down with our sand bags.

On what surface would you not set up the moonwalk?
SAND! Sand in, near, on, or around the moonwalk is bad news! If sand gets into the moonwalk, not only will your children get sore feet and knees along with body scraps from the abrasion/rubbing, but our moonwalk cleaning crew won’t be happy campers when they get there as well!!
